We have attended the Blackpool Tower every year but this will be our last. The new owners will regret the new pricing, the restrictions on jungle jims to one attendance, paying to go on the Ballroom ground floor, and the reduction of additional entertainment like mini bowling, Dinasaur 3D. When going for our usual meal we were faced with the cold atmosphere of a Burger Bar - how healthy is that - no wonder there were so few attending this compared with previous years. On requesting a fork for our 4 yr old granddaughter we were told there were none just a plastic teaspoon from the kitchen (if you can call it that) No we will not go again and we had reasonable pre bought tickets in April. Now this would have cost us nearly £100 for one day - no thank you especially during a recession. Fallure for the new group owners.

Took my 6yr old daughter and myself (52) to see this whilst on a visit to Blackpool for a week and we both loved it! It was so worth the money and lasted for 2 full hours. The acts were all fabulous and each act doubled with the helping of other acts to get ready and also sell merchandise which I thought was nice - no prima donas here!!! All the acts were exceptionally talented - my daughter was fascinated by the Argentian gaucho act but loved them all. For myself - all the acts took me back to my childhood and I felt like a kid all over again!! Daughter also enjoyed Jungle Jims and we were lucky enough to have timed it when the organist was playing at tea time (4ish) and we both had a lovely dance around the fabulous famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom which was stunning! All this included on one ticket which was fab value!

What have they done to the tower??? Queues, queues, queues!!! We booked the circus seats but still had to queue for ages with 4 children in stupid heat to be seated. The circus was entertaining and the children enjoyed it, especially Mooky the clown. Tussauds was different, we played guess the wax work as they didn't really look like who they were supposed to be, but on the whole entertaining. The children enjoyed the sealife centre. Glad we bought this combined ticket as there is no way we'd have paid full price for any of the attractions as they are not worth the entrance fee. We saved a lot of money getting this ticket and the children enjoyed it.

i purchased tickets from here in march 2011 , for my visit oct 2011 as per every other year , there was a new price plan introduced sept 2011 so i wasnt allowed to go in any attractions only the circus , so couldnt go up the tower or anything

I will not go to Blackpool withouth visiting the Tower and the Circus, it is the highlight of my holiday! I am always pleased with the circus, a big congratulations to Mooky and his family for 20years of success!!

Last year we did not enjoy the circus as much as previously. This year we loved it. It was fast, vibrant and colourful. Well Done. Our 2 grandchildren loved it.

Great atmosphere, we managed to get front row seats which were brilliant. The performances were fab, the clown was brilliant. I do not remember the circus being that great years ago, definiteky worth fitting it in. The children loved it.

you paid only to get into circus,this was much easier,you went straight up the stairs,joined the rest of the folk , and as we had booked our tickets with ticketmaster,we had really good seats.the circus was well attended,and the show was most enjoyable,well worth going to.when the circus was finished there was no one pushing or shoving to leave,all of us were at the exit very quickly,this was much easier,well organised to get into the cicus and to exit

The show was unforgetable. Our granddaughter age 7 loved every minute of it, the clowns were a real laugh a minute, especially the bumble bee !!!!, all the acts were sensational, a real value for money treat

The Blackpool tower circus was defiantly the best circus myself and my family have ever seen, amazed all the way through the show, defiantly not to be missed if you ever go to Blackpool.

We took our grand-daughter to this event as part of a weekend treat for her (and us). She absolutely loved it, as did we! We had front row seats, which were brilliant. All the acts were superb and it was well organised.

The performers were fantastic, although the show was spoiled in parts by the fire alarm going off. This was very irritating but the performers did their best to work through it and the show was amazing despite this. Would definitely go again.

I would like a refund. I took my grandaughters as a special treat and the 'finale' was inexplicably cancelled. The filling of the ring with water at the end is very special and it did'nt happen. No explanation was given and I think this is unforgivable.

I was raised in Liverpool, spent all my adult life in the South. I fond memories of my late father travelling with both my sister and I, lateat night to the illuminations crouched in the back of his purple Ford estate. My mother and I spend two nights and three days in Blackpool, the kids aged 10 and 4 years were on a high from day one as we had booked to attend the circus at 1pm. A great start to a great holiday we checked in at the The Big Blue Hotel later, which is situated a short walk ( even for my 80 year old mum) to the pleasure beach (Nick' land) I was slightly disappointed with the 4* rating for this hotel but overall it was clean, staff were accommodating and chilled and the buffet breakfast was what one would expect. we definately would go back to the big blue again. Offers and discounted 241 tickets for eg Sealife etc can be found on the day, we had discounts on the back of our tram tickets. It would seem that i overpaid for my Nick'land adult wristband? obviously failed to see this on line. The kids were very excited by the horse and carriage ride after the circus back to the hotel. We also visited sealife and Madam Ts. The recommeded Med restaurant was okish, we paid £15 for a fish meal which mum could not eat,as teh fish was overdone and hard, there was no empathy from the managment which was regretable. Although we left prior to the offical lighting up on the Friday, the kids managed to get a glimse of the lights beign on as they were testing them seveal nights before, which made my day and the kids very excited. A great break in a very chilled and child friendly enviroment, dont forget to take a walk by the sea, but whatch out for the seaguls.

Took 6year old great-grandaughter whilst on short Blackpool break. We loved the show so much we booked again 3 weeks later and were thoroughly entertained again. We reckon the Clown is the star of the show!

we go to the blackpool tower circus every year and enjoy it more and more each time we go. my husband got picked out by mooky the clown to sing a bit of bob the builder it was so funny. top circus acts and a fun experience to be had by all.

Great Sunday day out at the tower / Jungle Jim's in Blackpool. Visited 28.08.11 with husband and 2 children (5 & 2). Still a lot of renovation work going on, but didn't have to go up too many floors with buggy. Lovely helpful chap with buggy store on level 2 - free and well organised with collection ticket.
Staff in Jungle Jim's really helpful. Allowed 2 play sessions as it was very quiet around 11:30, so were in until 1:30.
Lovely clean loos's and baby change. Plenty of seats with more to come I think once it's all open.
Under 3's play area great - lots to do.
4+ play area great with lots of slides, balls etc.
Only downside for us was adults having to stay on green platforms (for heath and safety) which was fine for most of the time until we had an upset child who got a bit stuck and needed help. We went to get her and the announcement came on 'parents must not play on equipment' - hardly playing rescuing a small child. Also, there are no entrances / exits to the lower levels - all areas reached by ramp higher up, so as child was stuck in bottom pit, had to climb all the way through. Perhaps this is due to come though, as it's still partly closed off.
Prices on tower website mis-leading and needs altering. adults not free as indicated. family of 4 cost £26 to go in.
Ballroom beautiful and was surprised that both little ones enjoyed watching the couples on the floor.
Would go back.

very enjoyable there was something for everybody ,i had tears in my eyes at the end when the swan and ballerina in the pond came on . The children reallyn enjoiyed it.
