Alfie Boe was very versatile, he is a superb artist and i wanted it to go on and on. the tickets were good value for money and his performance was also good value. Very entertaining and awesome i would definitely go again to see him.

Brilliant, wonderful evening....something for everyone - it's NOT all rock these days folks, don't believe what some will tell you! Amazing energy, knows how to interact with the audience, gives his all.

I took my 80 year old mother, and was pleasantly surprised,
There were some operatic songs ie Les Mis but overall the show was more like a rock concert.
Alfie included the crowd. loads of ad libs, and didn't stop for the whole time he was on stage.

Really enjoyed the concert, the venue is very cramped but hey its The Royal Albert Hall and its great to be in there, I think Alfie's voice is fantastic and he delivers on every song, I think he could possible cut down on the dancing and remember he's not a rock star.

Had been looking forward to this for months and was bitterly disappointed. I didn't enjoy the supporting act much as I'd paid a lot of money to see Alfie (for the second time). The whole concert was too loud with a curious, disjointed selection of songs. Alfie, a rock star you are not. Please don't bother. Take a tip: see a few Michael Ball shows and you might improve. Also the sweaty armpits are a real put off! Find a good anti-perspirant. Sorry to be so negative. Your December 2011 concert at The Sage, Gateshead was much better. This is a superior venue as you can see the stage clearly wherever you sit. At the Albert Hall our seats were on the floor in front of the stage and all we could see were the tops of performers heads if we stretched a bit. The stage was far too low and the seats were not staggered - be warned!

I would recommend an Alfie Boe concert to other people as he is a great singer, singing songs from his album and his most memorable songs. Works with the audience and had fun. A showman - a must to see again.

This was my 3rd time seeing Alfie on the storyteller tour. Really enjoyed concert sang most of the songs from storyteller cd as well as 3 from la passione cd and others including bring him home. Support act was Emilia Mitiku . This was a really great concert and I am really looking forward to the next tour I will definitely be getting tickets.

Really enjoyed the show. It was great to have bought the tickets at Christmas for my mum and sister and then have it to look forward to - (thanks must go to Ticketmaster though for the email reminder or I would have forgotten).
The show was a bit late starting there was a 30 min + gap between the support act finishing and Alfie coming on stage.
Whilst we loved the show a lot of people appeared to leave early, these were mostly older people who probably were expecting a more 'songs from the shows' or operatic content.
Overall though a good night, looking forward to our next trip to the odessey

Went to the Winter Gardens at Blackpool, what a treat , the four people in our party hadn't been to an Alfie Boe concert before so didn't know what to expect. We were not disappointed it was an incredible show with excellent backing.
I would have prefered Alfie to sing more ballads & less dancing but maybe I'm not the sort of fan it was aimed at. I have to say that we would have liked to hear more songs from the shows, but it was still brill !!!!!! thanks Alfie

Amazing concert! He never lets us down. We had a fantastic evening out. The show was very classy and all the songs were performed brilliantly. His humour brings out the best in the audience and makes everyone relax and enjoy the show, just another of his many talents!

Alfie was awesome, he has a fantastic voice and he tried really hard with an older crowd to get them on their feet. I was there with my mother but surprised myself and really enjoyed myself!

Youngest daughter giving review as I gave my seat to my elder daughter who came over for the weekend so became an enjoyable girls evening out for my wife and two daughters.. Wide variety of songs. Fantastic show overall, however my mum found flashing lights annoying so preferred concerts at City Hall and Clumber Park.

Went as a family trip as we are all fans of Alfie and have to say we were not disappointed. Almost 2 hours of a wide range of songs from his varied repertoire showed the versatility of him and his enthusiasm and interaction with the audience were first class. Would thoroughly recommend Alfie Boe to anybody wanting to hear a class singer and be entertained in the process.

This concert just shows what a brilliant all round performer Alfie is from Opera through to musicals and then to rock. BRILLIANT. His backing group were excellent and the whole stage show, lights etc , first class. AND where did he get his energy? he aught to bottle it and sell it on.
