The air was thick with organic energy, deep and marvellous and softly penetrating the souls of all blessed with a ticket.

Favourite moment: A request from the crowd for 'Limit 'gave JB momentary doubt as it was not on the set list,he wasnt sure if he would be able to sing it.Boy did he! @
Setlist: I would rather not spoil this for others @
Opening act(s): They were really good too, but missed their name. @

I dont want to spoil the setlist for anyone, but his impromptu request from the crowd of Limit to Your Love was very special indeed.
Highlights were the vibrations from the deep bass line, and just hearing this very talented, home grown young man do his stuff.
Please hang around for the encore, you wont be disappointed.
James, now you are finding your feet, please dont go down the popularist route. Be confident, stick to your craft of producing original tunes. Money isnt everything...but art can be!

Even though I'm a huge fan of james blake, I was unsure on how his chilled out music would perform live. But he builds his beats up live in front of you using voice loops which was class!!!! Furthermore he played 50 per cent of the set new material which sounds mint, even better than the tracks of enough thunder which I thought was better than his album.
Finally the gorilla was a wicked venue, got served easy and felt like a different surrounding compared to the arenas and academies in the uk, and drinks in the bar after were cool, nice to get to know another place in mcr.
Hope this means james blake will start touring the uk more in 2013!!!

Fantastic and absolutely epic show, great venue and his musicality was just ridiculous! Wilhelm Scream was brilliant as was CMYK. Throughly enjoyed it and would defo go again one of the best intimate gigs i've been too!

one of the best gigs i've ever been to!! he was amazing, wilhelm scream was BEYOND!! and he sang "a case of you" his joni mitchell cover, which was FLAWLESS!!!!!!
