What a Concert, What a Show, What a Band!

A concert that gave the fans plenty in the way of music time on stage, energy, jokes and laughs and as well as tears. To say 'brilliant' is to only do it half the justice. Kher's voice, as expected, thrilled, brought joy and moved the audience, in their hearts and out of their seats too, for a good old dance! He was in full throttle from the word go! The musicians were on top form too.
For those who were familiar with him (and even more so, for the ones who may only have been acquainted with his music alone), Kher's interactive playfulness with the crowd and anecdotes of his U.K. experiences was a great treat and a privileged glimpse into his open personality. He spoke to the fans in between almost every song, endearing himself further into the hearts of the people present with his raw realness (a far cry from the pompousness acquired by artists in the same field. Mentioning no "full" names, Mr. Nigam ;-) LoL!).
Typically, the crowd was left wanting more, even after we were regaled for about two hours of musical delights. An evening that would always feel like it ended too soon because it was THAT GOOD!
It was a concert, a show, a meeting, an experience..... to savour and cherish for many years to come. Just fantastic :-D

Volume of sound was too high. It was almost unbearable. Was also expecting Kailash Kher to sing more of his slow Bollywood numbers. But he ended up trying to publicize his latest album more. Songs from that album were mostly forgettable.

It is always an honour to listen to Kailash and his band live. His voice is like a direct connection to the divine. Well done Kailash and well done Hammersmith Apollo for hosting such a humble but awesome singer. Second time I've seen him, and definitely won't be my last.

First time at the Apollo, a little let down with the general condition of the hall. The concert itself was amazing. What a night out, Kailash was just great and being so close just brought the music to life. Would highly recommend.

kailash is an excellent vocalist and a pretty good entertainer too with his quips and observations about life generally. The band plays well together and rattled through some really good tracks...

Amazing music and a brilliant performance. The sound system at the venue makes listening to live music such a fantastic experience. The venue is great and the band exceeded all expectations....sheer brilliance.

The band was great and do was Kailash but that does not justify the ridiculously expensive ticket prices. Will never attend a show again in London. Sadly true music lovers will miss out on great performances due to meaningless pricing.
