Again another great few days out. Well organised, well laid out and this time the pitches where full. Weather on Sat very good, Sunday not so good, but this didn't put the downer on the atmosphere. Everybody was very helpful and cheerful.
Car park still a bit of a distance away, 40mins walk, so take your bike as they have a free secure compound at the event.

Great Day out! I have never been before and was curious as to what would be there.
It started in the car parks where you can hire a bike and take a trail down to the main event. after much fun we arrived to the arena, there we spent hours watching the entertainment, Looking round the tents; Stalls and Technical side. Then we walked around the track and watched the cyclists take part in the world cup. this was fun to watch..

Overall a brilliant day out, and definitely recommend..One suggestion though, its not needed however taking your mountain bike would make the day better.

Only 1 negative, the distance from the carpark to the village, which was tough as we had a child in a pram. Could there not be a 'drop-off/ pick-up option' much nearer the village?
Otherwise, really enjoyed the event, which was organised superbly.

Hi the World Cup Lap was Brilliant hence the five stars but the extended route was rubbish! also the uci photo guys were stood right in front of the crowd at the podium presentation which was stupid!! the public pay good money for tickets and I doubt the uci photo mob do!?

It was 2nd year that I got to see the MTB World Cup and already planning next for year. Would recommend anyone who likes anything to do with mountain bikes to get there and give your support.
Only regret was not entering the Dalby Dare(will give it a go next year).

Another winning round for the mountain bike xc world cup. Just another example to show the world that the united kingdom can put on a world class event and get world class support from home grown and foreign visitors. Event village fantastic support races good , circuit awesome , weather rubbish , food prices obscene food quality just as bad. Cant wait (hopefully) for next year. and dont forget the competitors too , they make it what it is.

i'm a pssionate mountain biker and was really looking forward to a fantastic day out on Sunday. I can tell you I wasn't dispopointed. Dalby Forrest is an excellent location to host the championships and the team orgainsing the event put on a great day. I loved how close you can get to the actual riders taking part in the event. The numerous locations spectators could watch the riders from, ensured no area was over crowded and I was able to get a great specator view of the races during the course of the day My only critisism of the day was of the stands were a little disapointing. Thourghly enjoyable day.

200+ starters for the Dalby Dare ment lots of bike carring over the difficult bits of the World Cup route. The rest of the ride was great, definitely go back and have another crack at it.
Atmosphere from the crowds in Worry Gill during the real racing was brilliant, best place to spectate from, with the course swooping back and forth.
Organization good, could do with better signage at some points and clearer route instructions for the Dalby Dare sign on tent.

What an awesome weekend. Friday's Sprint Eliminator in Pickering was a great atmosphere. Saturday was a good intro to the main event and showed just how well organised it was. Sunday was just amazing; to watch the pros sailing over the black graded trails inspired me to get better at riding!

A very well organised and attended event - was brilliant to ride the championship course on the Saturday. Racing was terrific on the Sunday - well worth the £28 or so for the weekend!

Excellent to be able to see the best in the best landscape in England. Well organised with plenty of spectator areas really well serviced. Cant wait for the date of next years round. Quote "I will be back". Should be even bigger and better.

Event day was fab gr8 weather. The down sides very long walk from car park to event(30 mins), Poor selection of food stalls and def not enough of them.
