Sound was faulty from start. The band was good. 2 singers were reasonable. Tony Benedict was poor. He loved himself and sang with the mike far too close.
The sound was rectified as the show went on.
There was no rapport with the audience and you could sense that.

The show got off to a very poor start with significant sound issues - microphones not working. I would have thought that this would have been checked beforehand. Initially the 3 singers tended to talk over each other when doing their witty repartee between songs. The lighting was poor throughout with the one spotlight not keeping pace with any change in vocalist and the other two singing in the shadows.

However, after 30 minutes the singers got into their stride and the audience started to warm more to them, applause got louder and the atmosphere lifted. All three singers were very good but the best singer in my view (a tall irishman) could not dance for toffee.

The highlight was for me an interlude where the bald trumpet player stepped in to sing "Just a Gigolo". He was fantastic, sang very well and was funny to watch. He put the other 3 competent singers in the shade!!

The show was much slicker in the second half and the 3 singers seemed to get into their stride.

Overall a game of two halves with some annoying technical issues at the start.

I can not recommend this show ENOUGH! Forget the look alike sound alike tribute acts - This is much more original than just a Rat Pack show, these guys are the real deal. From start to finish they had you hooked with swinging classics from Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra right up to todays swing singers including Michael Buble and there was even some Paulo Nutini in there too! And what a talented cast, particular Tony Benedict and Mark Porter. They interacted with the audience and gave a real tour de force performance. Also, the orchestra was fantastic.

Simply Great! We had a great night and I recommend this show to anyone who enjoys swing music.

Only one of the singers (the young one) was any good really. A bit disappointed perhaps if the tickets were half the price it wouldn't have been so bad but didn't think that the standard was better than what you might see in a working men's club!

OMG, When can i go again?????? Absolutely fabulous for lovers of the rat pack style of music. Well worth the money & i will definately be going to the next show in my area. I can't wait!!!!

Absolutely fantastic show. From the opening note I was hooked. All three singer were note perfect and immediately put you at ease and transported you to another place - I could have been at The Sands!
The solo performance of Mr Bojangles was touching and stood out to me as one of the highlights of the night along with the medley of "Leroy Brown" and the classic "My Way".
Every song was a triumph and mixed with light humour and banter that made it look like the singers were enjoying it as much as the audience!
All the classics were there as well as a few new arrangements done recently by people such as Michael Buble so there was something for everyone.
The only downside to the whole evening was that it had to end!
I have seen this show a couple of times now and can't wait to see it again.
I would recommend it to anyone who even vaguely likes swing music because after this show they will be converted to a fan for sure!

a very professional talented act,tony benidict for me stole the show a star performer in the same mould as any of the hollywood greats,he has great stage presence and just oozes talent.amazing.the only thing the show lacked for us, was showgirls.,

The show was boring and the trio did not encourage the audience to participate at all. They were more interested in trying to be funny. Only the young lad who tried to be Michael Buble was a good singer and one of them was very poor. They stated that they were not impersonators but tribute acts but spent the whole evening trying to act and mess about like the Rat Pack which was very irritating. The whole evening was a waste of money and very disappointing.

What a great night of entertainment. The guys can all sing to the highest standard and try and and make every effort to interact with the audience.
Highly entertaining and even my partner (who went under sufferance) has told me to buy tickets if they come back again!

The stress on this night was all before we got to the theatre - no trams running etc. Once there, two minutes before the start, it was a great night. It was a Father's Day pressie for my dad who loved every minute. I couldn't believe the age range of folks in the theatre - 80s, possibly 90s, down to the 20's. The second half stole the show although that could just be because I had relaxed a little. Definitely recommend it to others - and mum was certain about how much dad had enjoyed it.

What a brilliant night. The singers were first class,the songs just great and what a brilliant atmosphere. Special praise to Alex Stuart,who,if you shut your eyes,could have replaced Buble! I went with my daughter ,who is 28,and she thought it wasn't for her but she loved it and there were quite a few younger ones in. We need more shows like this where the music and banter are spot on. Well done!

My party thoroughly enjoyed the show excellent singers.
They kept the audience entertained all through the show.
The band was amazing by being a major part of the show.
Alex Stuart was brilliant.

The 3 guys sang really well and the young lad had a voice like Sinatra's when you closed your eyes. The band played well and obviously enjoyed themselves and made the evening fun. Both my wife and I were entertained and had a good time. It was a shame the evening was not better supported. I would recommend the evening.
