What a fantastic night of entertainment from start to finish. I have seen this show before with my family and we thought we would come and watch it again. I am so happy we did as this was by far the best. I notice that there have been a few changes in the show with a new Elwood and Black Rhino horn section. As an owner of a sax instrument, it was such a pleasure to see a horn section having so much fun and having lots of energy in the show, along with some great sax soloing, especially in Flip Flop and Fly and a great solo by the trumpet player in "A Man's world", it was funny watching the banter between James Brown and the trumpet player.
As always the guitarist was amazing in his soloing. Such a treat to watch a great musician.
It was also brilliant to see 2 very attractive and brilliant backing singers!
Jake was brilliant all the way through and his moondance was hilarious. My favourite bit of the show was the beer fountain and watching Jake play the drums with the spray shooting up into the air after he hit the drums. Elwood sang his Dock of the bay beautifully. The real star for me must be James Brown. To be able to get my dad dancing and involved with audience participation is amazing, so much so that he didn’t actually sit down for the rest of the show.
I would recommend this show to “EVERYBODY”. I will be bringing the family to Blackpool for your shows and can't wait until your return to Bath!

This was a great show - after a slow start, it picked up and the groovy dancing by Elwood was fab! Come on Jake - we know you can gyrate too!

All in all a great deal of fun and laughs - a bit too much of James Brown and not enough of the amazing dancing. Backing singers and band were incredibly talented.

I would recommend it for a fun night on the town.

my dad and I have seen this band about 3 times now and it gets better every time we see it! its not just about the films but it goes back to the original blues brothers aswell as a lot of real blues songs! it is definatly worth attending this show!!!

If you like the Blues Brothers then you will love this show. Ok, its no Broadway production but I loved it none the less! The enthusiasm from the cast had everyone out of their seats joining in the routine which included all the hits.

I can not recommend this show enough, we were blown away by Jake and Elwood and the rest of the show,
I have been raving about it ever since.
I would go back to see the guys tomorrow - YOU MUST GO AND SEE THIS SHOW -

The whole audience were dancing in the isles by the end of the night.

The guys were so nice they even joined the audience in the interval at the bar which was great to see, they really enjoy what they do and it shows.

I can't wait until they come back to Edinburgh.

I went with my husband, daughter and son-in-law. We are all big fans of the Blues Brothers films so we were not really sure what to expect from the stane show. We certainly were not to be disappointed. It was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. By the end of the show our hands were stinging so much with clapping. Can totally recommend this show to anyone who likes Blues Music. Congratulations to all the artists for a truly enjoyable show.

Bouncing show with very credible character impersonations. Singing and dancing was excellent and we were dancing in the isles. Forget the x factor this was real.

jake blues could have gone on a diet before the show, it was rather in bad taste when he ripped his shirt open towards the end of the 2nd act and revealed his massive beer gut. I have seen the show in other countries many times and it was much tighter and slicker. The microphones were barely audible on low notes . The band was great though.

The show was fun and we enjoyed the performances . The James Brown act was great and he was the star. Jake and Elwood were good also .

Some of the backing crew looked at bit miserable at times and one of the backing singer girls did'nt smile very much. We really enjoyed the guy in the backing group and liked his Ray Charles.

we would like to have heard more songs from the films and the 2nd half was more like a tribute to motown and rock and roll.

overall a good show, but audience were slow to relax.

The second time was just as exciting and explosive as the first!
As a BB fan I enjoy how the show stays loosely true to the classic film, but adds a little extra. As a musician, I have to say that the band are something quite special - really tight, and polished. The drummer in particular drove through the whole thing with pure adrenalin. The show in general was a triumph, and I would have no hesitation going again, and taking anyone along. Awesome!

For a real evening's Blues entertainment with some very authentic Blues Brothers touches this evening was excellent. "Ray Charles" and "James Brown" were also excellent as were the backing singers. All in all well worth the price of the seats

Took all the family - great fun. Great characters and great music. In second half all the audience was up dancing in the aisles. Energy and music fantastic. AND Kids delighted to have pictures taken with the Blues Brothers in the interval!!!
