It was so cool to finally see Method Man live, when I missed out on Wu Tang earlier this year in London and I saw them i Copenhagen a few years ago and he didn't show up.
Him and Redman are a perfect duo and I hope they will be back to perform next year when Black Out 3 is released. Can't wait to see How High 2 too.

Method Man and Redman were connecting with the crowd and the crowd love it they got really hype up (excited), their lyrics were unbelieveable.

As they say they are not rappers they are MCs ( you got to rate them for that, Love it!!)

As Red and Meth touched down on a cold sunday evening in NW5 the crowd was getting the feel that this was gonna be a real rugged hiphop affair. Along with the DJ 279 anniversary we werent disappoined. And from the secong Red and Meth appeared the killed it. Red was typically old skool, sporting shades with red frames, both were wearing no jewels as they hit the crowd with some popular new joints such as the infectious 'Ayo.' They continued by going back to back with some old tunes as they took it back to 92, then teaming up again to perform 'How high' and some Blackout 1 tunes. Supported by Streetlife and Ready Rock, DJ Dice and Allah Mathematics they entertained us with sick tunes while being clear and concise on the mic, and full of energy - and of course diving!!!!

Big Big night guys unlike most rappers red n meth arnt on the rags to richs fame bling wips and all the other flash things ppl like 50 and lil wayne r on they r real mc's redmans house on mtv cribs tells you he is in the game for music (and weed) lol defo go see them wen they return...... they droped the rockwilder as their last track and jumped into the fans. All that can top this unforgetable night is nas in march not missing that for the world.

simply amazing. these guys are such pros! smoke everywhere, good music, amazing atmosphere, great performance despite mef flying out on family emergency and arriving just in time for the gig. would love to see them again

Overall an amazing night and a very high rating for two artists who could have easily turned up on a 'mellow' vibe. The energy levels were up there; with the dance moves, the running around of the stage and the crowd surfing proving to be a real hit!!Music was on point with the opening of the show being filled with work from the new album and the latter end of the show (the majority) going waayyy back to the sounds of the early 1990s...This was hip hop at its finest and the lyrical content; along with its clear, passionate delivery caused an uproar amongst the excitable audience. An atmosphere of real hip hop admiration was formed-everyone was on the same level-respecting the genre of music which incorporates meaning alongside some serious beats. The only negative, admittedly, would be the often disappointing opening acts-one of which consisted of a competition winning MC-who quite literally rapped so quick his words were unclear and those that were understand brought about confusion with the somewhat 'controversial' content. But overall this did not tarnish the performance of Methodman and Redman; as once they hit the stage-all was forgotton. Future improvements???I suppose it couldn't have hurt to turn the volume up on those speakers ;)

This was the greatest most unforgettable show ive ever been to, Redman n Methodman are such great entertainers, they took it back to the 90s and even dropped there current stuff in there, i am rating the show higher than when i saw Jay-Z at the wireless festival... This show was far better, even if your not too into wu tang etc. You will still enjoy it loads. They made announcements for new albums and films (HOW HIGH 2!!!!), Crowd surfed!!, threw signed water bottles into the crowd, had killa beez n gilla house on stage!, they really interacted with the crowd you can see how dedicated they are to their fans... It was a seriously unforgetable night, and most importantly it supported real hip hop, we were reminded of this countless times, F*@K mainstream hip hop, Meth n Red are extremely funny characters but i knew this before i went!
WU TANG IS FOREVER!! THIS IS REAL HIP HOP! highly recommend you go see Red n Meth at whatever venue. Peace x

incredible, both were on point. best concert ever. No artist gets as involved with the crowd as method man, holding him up during rockwilder was insane. if u havent seen him see him now

One of the best shows ever!!

Those are too mad on point. Only these two would jump into the crowd at a hiphop show. They absolutely "tore the roof off".

Hi there,

The event start was indicated at 18:00 on the website; however the doors actually opened at 19:00, so that’s one hour literally lost.

Also, we’ve queued for +45mins outside in the cold, which is not acceptable, and we had our tickets printed.

The entrance was obviously unprofessionally managed and ridiculously slow; fortunately the music was great, thanks to Method Man.

An awesome show, with ok sound, spoiled by having to listen to Red and Meth whinge about the commercialisation of hip-hop (I couldn't agree more) whilst standing under a banner for the next rap-a-long computer game. 3rd time I've seen them and the third time they've just been on the sell (how high this... blackout that etc...) I just want to hear them play bangers and stop being such cash cows.
