Swan Lake on ice was absolutely mesmerizing!! I found myself sitting there with a huge smile on my face and when I glanced at my daughter beside me, she was just the same:)). I would recommend this event to everyone - pure escapism!!!

A great show in a great environment, I would recommend this to anyone of any age. The choreography was first class, this is a must for all ice fans and a brilliant twist for ballet lovers

The show was stunning. Everything about it, from the skaters ability to the music and the scenery, was just spell-bounding. It moved me to tears at the end because it was so beautifully done.

I didn't really know what to expect when I first booked to see the show, but since i enjoy ballet and had seen swan lake previously i thought i'd take a chance and go!
Ice skaters were incredible with all the different articulate moves they did and with a touch of comedy added for good measure!

i was amazed by this production. The music. the ice dancers, the sceneary was all fantastic, i cant begin to describe how much i enjoyed it. pure talent throughout the whole production, my advice go and see it

From the onset, to the sounds of the Manchester Symphony Orchestra, this was a truely magical evening. The scenery, effects and costumes were all fantastic while the Imperial Ice Stars were all amazing skaters and their characters held one spellbound.
This breathtaking classical show really was family entertainment at the highest.

Originally i wasnt too keen on attaneding as i had bought the tickets for my wifes birthday expecting her to go with my daughter or a sister....but they could not attend so i was "condemed" to go.
Was i glad i did....the skating was unbelieveable, performance was first class and the "tricks" and manoeuvres were spell binding.
The girls in the cast must have so much trust in the guys... i gasped when a guy held a girl over his head horizontally and was spinning at about 30 miles an hour.
to sum up the show was absolutely mesmerising... i thought i was to be subjected to two and quarter hours of mundane dancing with boring music but it was full of excitement and surprise throughout... BRAVO IMPERIAL ICE STARS

I thought this was the most superb performance of swan lake. The scenery, skating, lighting and special effects were of the highest standard. I could not criticise anything. It was beautiful. I would certainly recommend it to any of my friends.

This was a birthday present for my 13 year old Daughter and we where both absolutely blown away - the skaters where amazing and to work on an ice stage 15m x 15m and do the lifts, skating, and acrobatics they completed was breathe taking.
We both found the time whisked away too quickly as we sat enthralled by the performers, the stage presence, the story and the music.
This was a fantastic evening out for us both and would very much recommend as we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would go again in a heart beat.
Well done Imperial Ice Stars we loved the performance, skating, lifts, displays and acrobatics - thank you.

I bought these tickets as an anniversary present for my husband. I wasn't really looking forward to seeing it to be honest. It turns out I was wrong! Not very often I admit to that!! It was absolutely amazing. The crowd even gave the cast a standing ovation at the end and I thought my hands were going to drop off from all the clapping. I would 110% recommend going to see this show. The costumes are spectacular and the choreography was just stunning. Everything just seemed to flow perfectly. It gave me goosebumps and brought a tear to my eye at the end!

I was dreading this being a 'disney on ice' spectacle but I couldn't have been more wrong. The ice stars did real justice to Swan Lake. It was amazing especially since the area to dance in compared to a full ice rink was quite small but it was like every inch of stage was choreographed and used. The quality of dancing was of the highest standard normally seen in world championships. I was so impressed. It was danced so beautifully so much so that I was emotionally moved at one point. It looked as if all the skaters were thoroughly enjoying themselves. It was nothing short of captivatingly spectacular and I am completely won over. I love the classic ballet but this is truly something very different to enjoy. Wonderful!

This show was so exceptional I cannot in truth put into words how good it was.

The skating was superb, the story line came over really well, you could feel it in
your very being, (I did anyway, and so did my friend and people around).
The most captivating scene, was when the Prince first meets Odete at the lake,
the music, skaing, movements were so profound it got to the very core of you.

I believe the tour has been cancelled now through lack of sales.

Sorry for all the people who did not see it, a shame it had to be cancelled.
Was the best show I have ever seen, and believe me I have seen a few.

A classic with a fresh face. It will please the whole family. The Imperial Ice Stars take Swan Lake into a new dimension, with the story line and emotions still intact they morph the stage play using ice and dance skills and at times a little cheeky witt is thrown in.
You have to see them to believe what they can do with such a classic, well done to all you skaters. Olga ( Odette) is simply stunning. Well done to Tony Mercer and his hard working team, and a big thank you for producing this for us. I look forward to more productions from The Imperial Ice Stars.

If you want to see ice skating at it's best, then the Imperial ice stars are the ones to see. Their ability, and breathtaking skills were an absolute joy to watch, and will look out for their next performance. The pity was that there were only about 200 people on this night, given the interest in dancing on ice, I thought more people would attend, but they all missed out on a brilliant performance, who needs DOI when you have events like this.
Apart from the brilliant skating, the story was also told in a most moving way, to make it even more enjoyable.
