This was the second time I'd seen CH and he did not fail to deliver. He works best in an intermediate sized venue (in my opinion), so that the night ends up being a sort of club night courtesy of CH. Each song has his signature, but at the same time are distinctly different enough for you not to get bored. At the enxt opportunity you get, go and see him! I'm definitely, going to see him the next time he tours!!!

Favourite moment: It was a bad moment for Calvin, and for the venue, but him being hit with a shoe was quite funny. @

Ok, let me first admit I was probalby the oldest peron at the gig, after the 65 year old rocking out to next to us, and discounting the bouncers.
Secondly, I sang along to 'Born in the 80s' pretending that I actually was, despite no one around me actually believing it for a minute.
This was a cracking set by Calvin, feeding off the atmosphere generated by the very young crowd going crazy in the mosh pit in front of him.
This exuberance bubbled over for most of the night with a steady stream of light sticks and plastic cups being thrown, culminating in Calvin being hit full on the coupon with a shoe of all things. He replied in a stern voice, "can the person who threw that show just f**k off" and then carried on.
He was supported by a live band and his female vocalist who sounded excellent live, especially on his latest hit 'Ready for the Weekend'.
All in all, an excellent night, and despite the fact that i was trampled several times by hordes of marauding teenieboppers, who seemed desperate to change their viewing position every five minutes, very enjoyable.
I think I must just be getting old :(

The concert was absolutely brilliant although my husband and I were the oldest there. There seemed to be a lot of youngsters, ie 10 or 12 years old. Calvin was just brilliant and you could see that he enjoyed playing on his home ground.

Mr Hudson was aboslutly AMAZING, however felt that the venue was full of chilren when is must have been past theri bedtimes! should of had an age restriction!

Calvin Harris really hit it up towards the end.. but i still love him!

Felt that the children in the venue had no appreciation for the music calvin harris plays!

With an energetic performance Calvin Harris easily got a home crowd jumping. Taking his recent hits he managed to convert them to a live format with ease and proved that as a live artist he far exceeds his talents as a recording artist.

i have been to alot of gigs but that has to be the best one ever, the crowd was amazing and Calvin Harris is just as amazing live as he is in his music. The support acts were also really good and got the whole crowd in an amazing mood. So incredible would definitely go again and queue for the hour and half in the cold. Was unforgettable.
