The production values are really high and you can certainly see where the ticket money is going. The stage is often full with talented dancers. Most of the illusions completely baffled me and Hans Klok, and his company, are really full of energy. I saw several versions of the Metamorphosis that must have at the very least matched The Pendragons when it came to speed. He really is fast!
I also enjoyed each of the four "Spec" acts. My favourite one was the roller skaters but they were all performers on the very pinnacle of their chosen profession. It really made for a great night out and Hans and his company got a well deserved standing ovation at the end of it.
I highly recommend this show.

When I first bought the tickets, I was a little worried about some of the reviews saying it was a bit cheesy and went on a bit too long. I disagree with this opinion, Hans is a very good magician, and some of his disappearing and re-appearing tricks and the fastest and the best in the business, maybe a few too many in total but the show is broken up nicely by some AMAZING circus acts, I won't spoil it but these were really good and the best I have ever seen, and must be seen to be believed. Hans himself breaks things up nicely with little intermate chats with the audience which helps with the overall feel of the show and that this man really enjoys what he does and is happy to joke about himself. If you enjoy magic and circus acts you MUST go and see this show. Magic is back and I hope we get a lot more big magic shows back in London as they have been sadly missed for many years.

As someone who goes to magic shows frequently, I can honestly say this was probably the best magic show I have been too - hard to put Hans or David Copperfield as number one!
The dancers supporting the magic were interesting and entertaining, the support act were unusual, but again top notch and probably the best in their field.

He performed tricks that I have only ever seen on the TV and in particular the Harry Blackstone Jnr light bulb trick was one I thought I would never see (as he is now dead), if I could go again tomorrow I would. He manages to complete more illusions in a couple of hours than most magicians even know and his 3 assistants complement him perfectly.
I recomend that anyone with an interest in magic go and see this

From the moment the show started until the very end it was breathtakingly good.
The magic was almost non stop and the guest acts were stunning.
I saw Siegfreid and Roy in Las Vegas and this show was better.
Worth every penny....go and see it

What a fantastic show, my husband and our two children age 13 and 9 went along, we were on the edge of our seats all night with excitement, from the unbelievable magic and the special guest performers. What a great night out, we will be talking about it for a long time from now. Standing ovation from the audience, well deserved!

I went to see Hans Klok with my sister and brother at the peacock theatre on a Friday night and the place was packed. I didnot know what to expect but turned up expecting to be entertained and entertained I was! The show was brillant, such a great night out and you really are thrilled all the way through with mind boggling illusions, unique circus acts and slight of hand that is performed so quickly that you are left feeling such respect for the work Hans and his assistants have put into the show. Fun for all the family, really is worth the money will be recommending to all!! Hans should be proud of putting such a wonderful show together and bringing it to London where the audience has so much choice in shows! So glad I choose it and went, was not disappointed! Everybody needs to go see Hans!!!!!

What a great experince to see this show, it was truely amazing.Hans was so enthusiastic and passionate about his illusions, and left me in awe as to how any of them had been done.A great show- a must to see.

This show takes magic to another level. It was one of the best shows that I have ever seen. However you get a ticket..get one, you will never forget the show - Hans Klok is a name that you will get to know very quickly.

Hans Klok, well all I can say is you are a true genius! Every illusion was sensational, your jokes were funny, your back up acts were phenomenal! It is honestly the best two hours ive spent in a theatre EVER! I hope his tours become a regular thing as I for one will be queuing to see him again! FANTASTIC!

Dont even think about not going to this show. I have never seen a more entertaining and enjoyable performance as if straight from the las Vegas strip. I wanted something different from a musical and was not dissapointed

I went to see this show on the back on Klok's coverage on The One Show. I thought it would make for an entertaining night out in the capital and was not disappointed.
Having secured tickets in the second row of the stalls (centre stage), I felt sure I would (surely) see how some of these illusions were done. In truth - apart from one moment when I spotted the on-stage stunt double - I haven't a clue ... even though some of his work was performed a matter of inches from my face! Smoke and mirrors it may be, but a very high tempo mind-boggling performance it was too. I saw it with my own eyes and yet I still cannot believe it!
It really was an excellent night out; his support acts were excellent, especially the Chinese highwire performer, who rightly got a standing ovation.
I'd like to add praise for his Hans Klok's team of dancers who perform a number of roles throughout the performance, from dance troupe to magician's assistants. Apart from being stunningly beautiful, they clearly have to be Olympic gymnasts to achieve some of the stunts in which they participated. Quite exceptional.
Mr Klok is an excellent showman, quite funny and gave a stunning performance despite labouring under a heavy cold. It could've made the three-minute underwater trick interesting, but what do you know? He survived ...
By the way - lovely intimate theatre with loos and bars on each level.
To sum up: I watched this amazing show at very close quarters. It was one of the best evening's entertainment I've had in a London theatre and a bargain at the price. There will be many who just want to spot how the illusions are done. I'd recommend that you just go and be entertained and amazed.

I was lucky enough to have a second row stalls seat and centre stage. The venue is so intimate that I assumed I would get an inkling of how some of the illusions were done.
