I have now went to see The Magic Of Motown 4 times, i think its the best show i have ever watched!!.
The cast are absolutely fantastic. The talent they all have is amazing!!!!.
U have to love Motown music, i dont know any reason why anyone wouldnt like it honestly!!
Its a definate must see!!
Ill be at there next appearance in Scotland thats for sure :)

Very magical!!! to the point where the whole show disappeared!! I was informed only three days prior to the scheduled concert, by a telephone message that I could so easily have missed, that the show had been cancelled...I'd purchased 4 tickets for friends' birthday presents who had travelled up from as far as Sth East London only to be told there was no show! Can you imagine my disgust to find that I have only received a refund of the ticket money, that I paid in February, and no other compensation has been offered whatsoever for all the inconvenience and cost that has been incurred.
I will definitely think twice before making the same mistake again!

YOU MUST BE JOKING! HAVING SEEN A NUMBER OF MOTOWN ACTS, ORIGINAL AND TRIBUTE THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PERFORMANCE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE ACT IS MORE AKIN TO A COMEDY ACT THAN A MUSICAL TRIBUTE. THEIR CHOICE OF TRACKS LEFT ME IN HYSTERICS. PLENTY OF 1980'S LIONEL RICHY AND A DISPROPORTIONATE AMOUNT OF DIANA ROSS. THE LEAD SINGER DID ENJOY HIS 'BEATBOXING' PIECE TO THE DRIFTERS.
AFTER THE INTERVAL A NUMBER OF PEOPLE HAD ALREADY LEFT THE SAGE. I OVERHEARD ONE FAMILY LEAVING TO WATCH 'CELEBRITY' INSTEAD.

I went with my 24 year old son, he loved it, his foot was tapping, we had a lovely evening. The group were amazing, sounding just like the real thing, sometimes even better !! The ladies costumes were amazing. I would recommend it to anyone, any age, brilliant.

It was a very professional performance by some very good singers and band. It was nice to hear all the old motown songs and even sing along with many of them. The costumes where very colourful and suited the mood of many of the songs. I particularily liked the brass section which added to the sounds from the guitar and keyboard.

The magic of Motown weaves a spell that takes you back to a simpler place in time. If you love the sound of Motown then from start to finish you will be captivated by the music and the truely fantastic performance put in by everyone on the stage. The formula is a simple one great music performed really well on a simple stage setting. I loved every foot tapping moment. Would I go again - you bet.

the backing group were outstanding. the chaps were brilliant - the girls good too, but not as strong.
however, all in all worth seeing if you get the chance.

A very good entertaining show. The male lead singer in particular was exceptional. He had rhythm in every inch of his body. The show got everybody moving from the first number.

Went with friends it was a fantastic evening, it is a pity there wasn't a dance area. Played all the old classics, would have liked some Jimmy Ruffin but can't have it all.

Vocals excellent. and all singers very pleasant on the eye Would of liked an area to dance in. Band (local i assume) looked abit like Butlins extras but played well

This is the second time I've seen these and they were as good as the first. I go to lots of gigs and can honestly say this is one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended !!

Good show, treat it for what it is although they are not the original artists they are the best entertainers to carry this off, everyone in the crowd enjoyed themselves and all felt part of it. If you love motown music they cover everything you would want to hear. I have given it a 4 star rating solely on them not being the original artists but dont let this put you off all their voices are superb and each one of them nailed the songs just the way you want to hear them!!!
