Me and the kids expected this to be a spectacular presentation but were sadly disappointed. The kids were bored and actually asked to go home at one point. There was a lack of traditional Disney characters and no storyline to follow. As well as the show not being value for money the cost of the merchandise was extortionate. All in all a performance I hope to never see again.

Been to see Disney on Ice several times and have always had a magical experience - as expected from any Disney Production,

However.....on this occasion myself and my children were extremely disappointed as it was just nowhere near the Disney standard we had come to depend on! Bored after 10 minutes and lots of skaters falling on the ice! Shame as have always recommended before but this show is a definite NO GO!

Also merchandise was very poor, absolute rubbish.

Show was very good, kids loved it. Merchandise very very expensive, even the candy floss, which puts me off going again.

what an amazing show kids just loved it the only thing that let it down was the price of things for sale i mean come on £8 for a bucket of popcorn or £7 for candyfloss if you have more than 1 child with you then u better take your checkbook with you.

Both our 3 and 1 year olds were enthralled. Loved the show, full of action and colour and just the right length of time.
Would have like to see more of the characters at the end - my little girl was desperate to say goodbye to Goofy but everyone had skated away by the time we could get out of the aisle, it would have rounded the show off perfectly if some of the characters were in the foyer after the show.

Disney on Ice 27th March 2011 was a birthday treat for my 4 year old daughter, we went with some friends. We all really enjoyed the event from start to finish. My daughter is still talking about it nearly a week after.

I took my two children to this event, it was very exicting in the first part but then my 3 year old son seemed to lose interest near the end but that may be due to his age. We would have liked better seats. We were seated in the upper tier because there were no other seats available to book at the time.

Such a shame this show lacked sparkle, it was rushed and lasted little more than 2 hours - which is not really good value for money for a disney show.

effects were limited for a disney show - disney you get to expect the wow factor, pyrotechnics, great costumes, lavish scenery, plenty of characters and entertainment.

What we were presented with was a imited amount of characters, a very wordy story that childen of all ages had to really concentrate on the story to understand it. The whole show was rushed and seemed extremely short in length. Sadly on this occasion the show seemed to be swalloed up in Sheffield arena and to be honest it was not worth the drive from west yorkshire to south yorkshire to see this show - and the audience also proved it - as for the first time ever, i witnessed a Disney on ice show that was not even half full.

This is the second time we've been to see a Disney on Ice production. The first time was 4 years ago and to be honest this was more or less a carbon copy of the previous show we went to. Same songs, same costumes, same dance routines!! It was the first time my 18 month old son had been to this kind of show and he was entertained by seeing his favourite characters but paying full price for a child who wasn't even heavy enough to keep the chair waited down was a bit of a sore point. I understand that as a show that is aimed at children to ask for a child to be free of charge is not going to happen but to pay £18 for a toddler is a bit steep.

Having gone to see previous incarnations of "Disney on Ice" - particularly "Princess Wishes" last year at he O2, although it was mainly a present for my 5 yr old niece, I really enjoyed it and was very impressed with the production. So I had high expectations for "A Disneyland Adventure". However I found I was disappointed this time around. It didnt seem as though nearly as much thought had gone in to this production. I suspect it was due in part to the limitations of a smaller venue (Wembley Arena), but even so the action was very dull - the first half consisted of the core characters 'visiting' the different lands of Disney World - very boring and repetitve. Not much in the way of story progression happened until the second half, and even then it was a little incoherent, and the script was still repetitive. The skating was also below the usual standard - quite a few failed attempts at jumps, etc. Again, they were probably a little limited by the smaller space, but it wasnt used very imaginatively. Particular low points were the sorry excuse for 'the parade', the low-tech attempt at the runaway mine train (a sketchy track poorly projected on to the ice and a laughable attempt at an animated explosion), a faulty rope which didnt lower properly in the monkey scene, and the disappointment that The Incredibles' super powers didn't feature more. All in all not nearly what I would usually expect from a high budget Disney production.

Our 4 year old boy loved this although he struggled putting the voices to the characters at first, its a very musical show with enough humour to reach all ages. I did think the props could have been a little better but I think it depends where you are sitting as to what you see. very good day out.

Very Good and exciting for the children.
Each performance half was just the right length of time so children wouldn't get restless.

The skating was fantastic. It really played to the kids and included them. Obviously the seats are expensive to bring a family along which I did last time. Luckily I only had to pay for one of my three tickets.

Lovely even, just what we expected when we ordered tickets. Were a lot of empty seats towards the front that were not filled and we were all at the back on our side of the rink which seemed odd! Every one moved down in the interval! All young children will love it but is enjoyed by the adults too! Would not recommend buying anything merchandise wise from there! Very very expensive! Oh and had to pay 5 pounds in the car park for our hour and a half stay!
