I thought the whole gig was awesome. I have been a Feeder fan since the late 90's and this was my first time seeing the boys live, even though they were in a different incarnation.
Unlike one of the other reviewers I went to see The Renegades play. The guys were touring as Renegades.
I was disappointed by the repeated chanting of 'FEEDER, FEEDER' between every song by some of the fans.
I understand where they are coming from but have some respect for the band as they are trying something different. If you want to go and see them playing Feeder songs wait until they come back as Feeder, as they have said they will do, and go and see them live then.
All in all though an awesome gig.
The warm up band 'The Dogs' were also very good and I look forward to seeing them again in the future!!
The venue was very good. Small and intimate.

Having followed the original Feeder in the early days (RIP Jon) BritPop they wernt.They got the success they deserved and 'marketed themselves well.To see this new project Renegades,Id admit I was excited and wasnt disaapointed.The Electric Ballroom in Camden was the best stage to see them just 'PLAY'.A memorable night current fave songs are the commercial title track 'Renegades' and guitar fed 'Down to the River'
*there was a sign posted warning Feeder fans that this was all new music from the band and you can have your money back if this wasnt what you wanted to be part of!You'd be mugging yourself if you did!!!

went along expecting to hear feeder stuff. unfortunately they didnt want to play that. we've moved on... etc etc. well just maybe these guys need to remember that we bought tx to see feeder v2: playing the old hits and some noo stuff.

disappointment to say the least.

wish i'd stayed at home and fed the cat - if we had one.
