This was the first time I went to see Elvis the Concert and I was completely blown away by what I saw. I was mesmerised from start to finish. The beginning of the show, when the 2001 Space odyssey theme started, was out of this world sending shivers through my spine. The timing of the band was suberb, and the energy Elvis had really came through on the screen. He must of been outstanding to see in the flesh. I've seen the footage used a thousand times before at home but I couldn't keep my eyes off him. It was fantastic to see it all come to life. It really did feel like he was there. I did think I might cry before the show and when he sang I'll remember you, I almost did, but I was more excited than anything else. I've seen alot of live bands over the years including U2, and this show is right up there with the best.
Before I went to see it, I was one of those people who thought it is time to let Elvis rest in peace and just enjoy the music he left for us all, but now, I want to see it again, Just one more time!

What a magical night from start to finish.We have been to all but one of the Elvis concerts and have never been disappointed. But this one was just wonderfull, everyone was singing and dancing.It must have been wonderful to have seen him live.The original band players give it there all. They are just brilliant.I will truely miss ever seeing the concerts again.They got all the songs spot on and the images were perfect.What a way to end a truely wonderfull concert....

I saw this concert at Wembley Arena last year and thought it was brilliant, I didn't take my eyes off him and the band and singers were fantastic, its the closest I'm ever going to get to seeing Elvis in concert and the way he walked on stage at the beginning sent goosebumps down my back i actually filled up with tears it was amazing!! I'm booking up for it again next year!!

What an absolutely fantastic event. Goosebumps galore. Elvis was definately present from start to finish. Tears rolled, vocal cords used and that was just the audience. Brilliant to see Elvis impersonators giving it their all, having photos taken etc. The band and backing singers were fantastic, losing nothing of their special gifts. It must be truly amazing for them to relive the Concerts with the Great Man. Special thanks must go the the Drummer, that man can play.
Closing comment , I would see this concert again, again, again. Hurry back Elvis, we "want you back in the building"!!

Nothing special, I could have stayed at home and watch one of Elvis's old films and be just as happy, and would have saved a lot of money. The backing group however was brillant

I went to see this at Wembley where they hologramed Elvis onto the Stage. I thought this would be the same, it was not. A bit disappointing really, but as I love Elivs, it was just like seeing a video of him in a large Arena. The hologram was so much better, I felt that I was actually seeing him whereas this time, I did not. I still enjoyed it but only because I love Elvis. Also, do not ever go to the top layer of the O2 Arena, it is freaky. You can't dance properly as you feel so high up. If you are a bit frightened of heights, you do not want to be up there.

went to see this show, and was mesmarized , the atmosphere was fantastic,
everything about it was absolutely brilliant, i would definately go again,
even though Elvis is no longer with us you could imagine what it was like to see him

Lifelong fans, my sister and I weren't sure what to expect from a concert that billed itself as Elvis - Live! but we weren't disapponted. We were amazed at the technical wizardry that made it seem that the King himself was alive and well and partying in Sheffield! It didn't take long for us to forget that there wasn't a figure centre stage in the spotlight and just watch the screens just like you would at just about any modern concert - unless you're lucky enough to get front row seats maybe. It was fascinating when he introduced his band - as they were in the 70's and as they are now, still playing live. We even managed to boo a woman Elvis singled out for a kiss forgetting that it was maybe 30 years ago.
Definitely recommended for all fans!

The atmosphere in the theatre was incredable, when the music started the cheers from the audience was fantastic, the energy of the 'Sweet Sensations' and the
'Elvis Imperials' was amazing, you could see how much they enjoying performing, the original orchestra with Joe Guercio, TBC Band, everyone was just fabulous. Suspicious Minds, Burning Love, Johnny B. Goode, Polk Salad Annie, the audience were singing, dancing and running down to the stage.
My son and I were invited backstage to meet all the musicians and singers, what a privilege, something that we will never forget. It is amazing that 30 years after his death, Elvis still has thousands of fans that adore him.
I had seen this concert on video 'Elvis Lives' but the concert LIVE, was just WOW what can I say!!!!!! Thank you God for giving the world someone so special as Elvis Presley,

Excellent concert!! Considering Elvis has officially "left the building" I thought the concert worked really well, it was clever and very slick. His Backing Singers and Band may look a little worse for wear but their voices clearly have withstood the test of time and their timing was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening, highly recommend!!

was fantastic. great atmosphere. am proud to say i have seen some of his musicians and backing singers performing live now. wish i could say ive actually seen elvis live but this was as close as it could get. fantastic !

I went in 2000 and it was fantastic so I went twice in 2010. I can only say that despite Elvis no longer being with us it has allowed that brilliant band of musicians stand out and having watched and listened to most of that footage on video in the house,the very best of equipment couldn`t give it the intensity,passion and brilliance that the live band can bring to it.
The sound quality for Suspicious Minds,What Now my Love,an American Trilogy etc driven into the arena from the stage was just stupendious.
We always knew Elvis could sing and he was given some brilliant songs and despite 40 years in the passing,none of those songs or that music sounds one inch out of place.
A hearty congratulations and thanks for it.

Elvis in concert has to be the most electric.atmospheric and emotional concert I have ever experienced in my life. Queen with Freddie Mercury, Fleetwood Mac, Meatloaf, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple and a host of other's pale into insignificance when compared to this seamless show. I have always enjoyed Elvis's music but until now have never considered myself a true fan.The show absolutely blew me away, it was sensational. After twenty minutes I caught myself looking for Elvis on stage, he had truly entered the building. I can only begin to imagine the stage presence he must have had during a live performance. His band members and backing singers, both original and new were amazing. They carried us on an emotional rollercoaster that I'll never forget and fully deserved the applause, singing and dancing they recieved from the audience. Myself, I was applauding,singing and dancing with Elvis.

I have seen this show a number of times over the years, and each time has been wonderful. Up to this show at the MEN I think the first British show at Wembley Arena in 1999 had been the most memorable, mainly because of the electrifying atmosphere. However, even that unforgettable night was surpassed this time around as the concert was just an amazing experience from the first few seconds to the very final song.
The new introduction of the King on stage was unexpected, exciting and pretty impressive and from that very moment on, it was a sublime performance all round. The TCB Band, the Sweets and the Imperials were truly wonderful and of course the King gave a faultless performance.
The video quality on screen was brilliant and as sharp as I have ever seen it and of course it all meant that the crowd lapped it up!
Stand out moments for me were If I Can Dream, Suspicious Minds and Polk Salad Annie and of course, the big surprise at the start of the concert. Amazing!
I hope we get an opportunity to see the show with all the original members again - it's all just too good to miss!!
In finishing I want to add that the King has most definitely NOT left the building!

This show really needs to be seen to be believed. I have seen it a few times now but it just gets better and better. The video footage on the megatron screens looks great, the live band are tighter that Arsenals defense under George Graham. The sound including Elvis vocals are better than back in the 70's due to the advancements in technology. Take a bunch of friends, go on a weekend ideally, and just have a great time listening to one of music's greatest icon's. Suspicious Minds brought the house down but there were lots of highlights. So much singing from the audience that the backing singers were actually applauding us!
Being a big fan of Elvis TCB band I would like to have heard the legendary James Burton's guitar higher in the mix - but perhaps that reflected his slower playing style more than anything. Ronnie Tutt is still a class drummer - Suspicious Minds, Polk Salad Annie etc. really highlighting his skills. A sugggestion for the ending for me would be to encore Suspicious Minds again. I know Elvis didn't do encores but this 2010 now not 1970 and I think the crowd would have really appreciated this gesture. Rather than finishing on Can't Help Falling In Love With You - which is good but not a show stopper.
Anyway, it's a great experience and long may the concert run.
