Not nearly as much fun a s last year on the Friday which we attended. Sadly the gaucho bar on the Friday was restricted to a corporate company only which meant that to drink during the day you had either Stella Artois, cocktails or champagne. Or basically non-alcoholic.
This was highly restrictive and not fair to those who had bough tickets on that day when compared to last year, when we were allwoed access to all but the corporate tents beyond the cocktail bars.
On the plus side the food was more varied and more competitive priced. The stella bar and its staff were great and very friendly but sorry to say the whole days despite some rain was let down but the Gaucho bar restrictions.
I am not sure we will be back next year now. if ordinary Joe comes second on a Friday.

This was our first time at the event and I have to say we were totally awestruck. Fantastic family day out, with top notch entertainment catering for young children through to adults. Really good value for money. We'll definitely be back next year.

We had a great time at Mint Polo in the Park but we were disappointed by the reserved seating. There was no drinks service as promised when booking the ticket. There was no sign of anyone taking orders and when we asked one of the Marshalls he knew nothing about it!
In addition the area was very windy despite it being a sunny day. We sat and watched part of the match in our seats but then found a nice warm spot in the sun but didn't really watch any more Polo.
Personally I would not bother paying the extra money for a reserved seat as I will not be next year.

It has everything you need : competitive sport , plenty of bars and food areas. Easy venue to get to and move around in . Definitely value for money.

cold and shivery day unexpectedly for June, especially after the sunshine of Ladies Day just one day before.. but excellent ground staff, clear directions, minimal waiting and queuing for food/drinks/toilet, good quality outlets and prices.

This was our first time at MINT Polo in the Park in London and it was spectacular. We went on the Sunday which was the finals day and it was exceptional value for money. There was so much to do before the Polo started for families with young children and for everyone. Tremendous boutiques, restaurants and a great seat to watch to the Polo. We are now polo enthusiasts.

Whilst not REAL polo this is a great event were you can see the action close up. Always close and exciting games. This is also a great social event with lots going on in the trade stands. I would recommend the event for corporate entertainment or going out with family and friends.

It was 20 deep to get to see the actual play. It was really impossible to actually see anything. I think the event organisers had too many people there. Facilities were good, nice toilets not like when you're at a festival but it took 30 minutes to get to use them when I went. I really liked the food outlets they were really nice. The event had these really aggressive security guards screaming at you if you stepped out of fenced areas with bottles. Bit irritating that the bars didn't let you know that you couldn't move away from the bar areas with the bottles of wine and champagne.

Polo was overcrowded, expensive and the commentator had no idea what he was talking about- wouldn't recommend!!!! Go to the actual polo or go sit in a park and byob where you will have room to sit down

Myself and 5 friends went to the polo as we had never been before. The weather was great so that made the day enjoyable however the actual layout of the polo grounds for spectators was ridiculous. There was hardly any room for people with picnic blankets so they either stood or if they got there early they could have a table. The tables were right beside the wall so that stopped people from seeing and also the bars were in silly places so no one could stand to each there either. The bars gave you bottles of wine in the glass bottle but you then got it taken off you as there was a glass ban - well why give them to us in the first place. They really need to think about the layout so that spectators are the priority after safety. More communication is needed between the staff also. Otherwise good company and lovely weather however could have been in a normal park for cheaper.

This is the third year running I have been to the MINT Polo and although the weather was kind to us this year - thank goodness we were in the front row though, people were complaining how cold it was higher up! It was a fun event - but I preferred last year when the Moscow acrobatic riding team entertained us between games. The games were also played at odd times on Saturday and not as timetabled in the £5 glossy programme!....
Definitely agree with other comments made previously about more food choice - friends paid £6 for burgers and they were inedible....the sweet potato chips were a hit though!....

The polo was brilliant and the drink was flowing - until it became to full to get into the bar tents. I really enjoyed the day overall, but the actual polo matches were so close together there wasn't time to get food or drink or even queue for the loo between each match.

Simply said that this is a great even for the good looking people of London to dress up and feel that they are part of the social elite. Very good looking people! Not really sure I saw much polo if im honest as the drinks flow and the sun was shining. I will be attending next year so that I can actually look around!

Mint Polo is such a great day out. I had a great time but was a little dissapointed that the Stella tent ran out of cider at 4pm! Being on that side of the field it was a little frustrating having to walk to the other side of the event to go to the bathrooms. Bathroom facilities on both side of the field!

Toilet facilities located on only one part of the precinct was very poor. Only selling stellar poor. Hot food average and long queues. Very poor forward planning and thought went into this event
