The Royal Albert hall was the perfect venue to show off Carrie Underwoods amazing talent. She worked the stage like she had been doing this for 30 years. Her Vocals were on point throughout and she belted every big note like it was her last. Great setlist of songs also. Nice balances of old and new material aswell as uptempo and slow songs. The live performances of tracks such as Quitter and Do you Think About Me gave me a new found appreciation for them.
The opening number Good Girl was the perfect way to get the ball rolling. There was also a beautiful cover of Coldplay's Fix you, mid way through the show. Bringing the show to a close Carrie Belted out new single Blown Away, which was exactly what it did! The lighting throughout was also immense.
All in all in was a great night which I would happily revisit again and again!
I'll definetly be visiting the venue again as it's a great setting for live music. The only down side of the venue is the restaurants inside are extremely pretentious and expensive. So I would advise calling into Kensington on route as there are some nice restaurants near by.
